Pure Pharm Peptides ships all research-grade peptide orders via USPS Priority Mail with full tracking. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation and ship in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain cold-chain integrity during transit. We serve researchers across the United States with discreet, professional packaging on every order. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is emailed with every shipment.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with full tracking. We use insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain proper temperature during transit.

- •Signature: Not required for standard orders
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

International Shipping

Storage & Handling
Upon Receipt: Immediately inspect your package and store peptides according to the product specifications:

- •Reconstituted: Store at 2-8°C (refrigerator) and use within 2-4 weeks
- •Protection: Keep away from light, heat, and moisture
Return Policy
Eligibility
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we have a strict return policy:
- •Unopened Products: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- •Opened Products: No returns or exchanges (due to contamination risk)
- •Damaged Products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
Refund Process
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method:
- •Product cost refunded in full (minus shipping fees)
- •Processing time: 3-5 business days after return received
- •Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Damaged or Defective Products
