Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with full tracking. We use insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain proper temperature during transit.

  • •USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days delivery
  • •Tracking: Provided via email within 24 hours of order
  • •Signature: Not required for standard orders

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

Weekend orders (Saturday & Sunday) ship Monday

Shipping Costs

  • •Standard Rate: $15 flat rate for all orders
  • •Free Shipping: Orders over $200

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time due to regulatory compliance requirements.

Storage & Handling

Upon Receipt: Immediately inspect your package and store peptides according to the product specifications:

  • •Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried): Store at -20°C (freezer) in original sealed vials
  • •Reconstituted: Store at 2-8°C (refrigerator) and use within 2-4 weeks
  • •Protection: Keep away from light, heat, and moisture

Return Policy

Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we have a strict return policy:

  • •Unopened Products: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • •Opened Products: No returns or exchanges (due to contamination risk)
  • •Damaged Products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos

Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method:

  • •Product cost refunded in full (minus shipping fees)
  • •Processing time: 5-7 business days after return received
  • •Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

  • •Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • •Description of the issue

We will replace the product at no charge or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Quality Guarantee

Every product we ship includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent USA laboratory. If your peptide does not meet the stated purity specifications, we will:
